Thoughtfully furnished in a contemporary Alpine style, the apartment brings together a comfortable lounge, sociable open-plan kitchen and dining space, and two bedrooms that can each be arranged as a double or two singles.

With accommodation for up to four guests and a basement garage available, it makes a practical base for winter skiing, summer hiking and discovering the Mont-Blanc region.

Step out onto the spacious 30 m² dual-aspect balcony, facing south and west to enjoy sunshine from mid-morning through to sunset — a lovely spot for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening outdoors.

From snowy pistes to sunlit trails, Le Fayet is a convenient base for exploring the Mont-Blanc valley, nearby Chamonix and the town of Saint-Gervais, which can easily be reached on foot via the recently opened lift from the Thermal Park.

Le Fayet sits at the foot of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, near Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc massif. The nearby Valléen gondola links Le Fayet with Saint-Gervais, where you can connect onwards towards the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, including the Megève sectors.

In warmer months, the region offers mountain walks, cycling, thermal baths, scenic rail journeys and charming Alpine villages. Lift access and services vary by season.

Travel made simple

Getting here.

By train: Travel to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains–Le Fayet station. The apartment is approximately 500 metres away.

By car: A basement garage is available for guests. Full access instructions can be provided before arrival.

By air: Geneva is a common gateway to this part of the French Alps. Check onward transport options for your travel dates.

Mont Blanc Tramway: The historic Tramway du Mont-Blanc departs beside Le Fayet station and climbs through Saint-Gervais towards Bellevue and the Nid d’Aigle (seasonal services).

For Chamonix: Take the Mont-Blanc Express train from Le Fayet, travelling via Les Houches to Chamonix and beyond.
